The £10 Tester Membership is a special membership designed for people who want to use GlowHQ while actively helping us test, improve and develop the platform.
The membership costs £10 as a one-time payment. There is no recurring membership fee for as long as you continue to meet the requirements of the Tester Membership.
This is not the same as a standard paid GlowHQ subscription.
By joining, you agree to remain part of the GlowHQ tester community.
In exchange for continued access, we ask you to actively participate in testing GlowHQ and provide genuine feedback about your experience.
Provided you continue to meet the Tester Membership requirements, you can continue to access GlowHQ without paying a recurring subscription fee.
Tester Members are required to provide feedback at least once per calendar month when requested by GlowHQ.
Feedback may include answering a short feedback form or survey, reporting your experience with a feature, providing suggestions or comments, reporting bugs or problems, or participating in another reasonable feedback activity requested by GlowHQ.
Feedback does not need to be positive. Honest feedback is encouraged.
The £10 Tester Membership is conditional on continued participation.
If you repeatedly fail to provide the required monthly feedback, GlowHQ may suspend or revoke your Tester Membership.
Where reasonably possible, GlowHQ will contact you before revoking access and give you an opportunity to complete the outstanding feedback requirement.
If your Tester Membership is revoked because you have not met the participation requirements, you will lose access to the Tester Membership and its associated benefits.
You may subsequently be able to use GlowHQ through one of the standard paid membership options available at that time.
The £10 payment gives you entry to the Tester Membership programme subject to these terms.
It is not a payment guaranteeing unconditional lifetime access to GlowHQ.
Continued access depends on complying with the Tester Membership requirements, including the monthly feedback requirement.
The customer's statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms.
Where a customer requests immediate access to GlowHQ, their cancellation or refund rights may be affected once GlowHQ begins supplying the service.
Any statutory cancellation or refund rights that apply will continue to be honoured.
If payment has been taken but GlowHQ is unable to provide or activate the customer's Tester Membership, the customer may contact GlowHQ to request a refund.
GlowHQ will not refuse a refund where the customer is legally entitled to one.
GlowHQ may suspend or revoke Tester Membership where a member:
Where appropriate, GlowHQ will give reasonable notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue before permanently revoking the Tester Membership.
Nothing in this section limits the customer's statutory rights.
GlowHQ is an evolving product.
Features may be added, changed, tested, replaced or removed as the platform develops.
Tester Membership does not guarantee that any particular feature will remain available permanently.
Tester Members may encounter bugs, unfinished functionality or experimental features.
Feedback provided by Tester Members may be used by GlowHQ to develop and improve its products and services.
Members are responsible for ensuring that anything submitted does not contain confidential information belonging to another person or business that they do not have permission to share.
GlowHQ may use suggestions and general feedback to improve GlowHQ without owing additional payment or compensation for those suggestions.
Tester Membership is personal to the person or business that purchased it and cannot be sold, transferred or shared with another person unless GlowHQ agrees otherwise.
Members are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure.
A member can stop participating as a GlowHQ tester at any time.
If they choose to leave the Tester Membership, their tester access will end.
Any refund rights will be determined in accordance with these terms and their statutory rights.
